主要包括五個方面：（1）新癌基因，抑癌基因及腫瘤相關基因的克隆與功能鑑定；（2）腫瘤細胞信號轉導通路與調控機制；（3）腫瘤幹細胞的分離與分析；（4）腫瘤微環境與腫瘤細胞的相互作用；（5）新型抗腫瘤生物治療方法的開發。
