1995-1997年在美國喬治亞大學做博士後。
1997-2002年任美國喬治亞大學助理研究員。
2002-2006年任美國喬治亞大學副研究員。
2006-2013年任中國科學院生物物理研究所 “百人計畫”研究員。
2013年5月加入上海科技大學iHuman研究所。
研究方向
主要從事與人源細胞信號傳導相關蛋白,如G蛋白偶聯受體(GPCR)的結構生物學和基於結構的藥物設計研究。
主要集中在以下兩方面: 1. 人源細胞信號傳導相關蛋白的結構生物學研究; 2. 基於GPCR三維結構的藥物篩選與最佳化。
