主持和參加多項國家和省地課題。目前主要在研課題有:國家科技支撐計畫“東部發達地區農村景觀綠化技術研究和示範”和“集約化稻麥輪作農田養分均衡化調控技術模式研究與示範”,中科院創新項目“長江三角洲稻田安全生產過程控制關鍵技術與模式”,國家973項目“典型地區農田生態系統生產力、資源利用效率和環境質量協同提高的調控途徑”等。
