個人簡歷
北京大學藥學院教授，博士生導師，化學生物學系副主任。多年來一直從事儀器分析和藥物分析的教學和科研工作，主編了《高等儀器分析實驗與技術》，並擔任藥物分析雜誌編委、中國藥學會藥物分析委員會委員等。對色譜聯用技術和高效毛細管電泳在醫藥領域中的套用做了大量的研究工作，主要研究工作有：（1）藥物代謝動力學及代謝組學研究；（2）生物分子之間的相互作用及生物分子與藥物分子之間相互作用研究；（3）天然產物及合成化合物中活性成分的定性定量篩選研究；（4）新藥質量標準及穩定性研究；（5）手性藥物拆分測定；（6）體內、體外脂肪酸含量測定等。發表相關學術論文70餘篇。
主要研究方向
1、藥物分析新技術和新方法研究及其在生物醫藥領域中的套用研究:採用毛細管電泳方法研究分子間相互作用研究，如生物大分子和小分子、生物大分子與生物大分子相互作用；手性物質的拆分及與生物大分子相互作用研究；毛細管色譜柱固定化技術研究（固定蛋白、細胞等）及在藥物研究中的套用。2、藥物代謝動力學及代謝組學研究:採用現代儀器和色譜聯用技術，進行藥物體內的生物轉化、血藥濃度-時間曲線、吸收、分布、排泄、與血漿蛋白結合、對藥物代謝酶活性影響和藥物-藥物相互作用及代謝組學研究等。
3、新藥質量標準及穩定性研究:創新藥物質量標準建立和穩定性研究。
