劇情介紹
地球超人大地女神蓋亞已經無法忍受人類給地球帶來的破壞，她將五枚分別帶有土地、火、風、水、心靈能力的神奇戒指給予了來自地球五大洲的五位少年，組成了名為“地球衛士”的組織，當這五枚戒指的力量合一時，便能出現一位有著神奇力量的環保英雄——地球超人。

電影版將拍
據報導，索尼公司日前購買了動畫劇集《地球超人》（CaptainPlanetandthePlaneteers）的改編權，計畫將其改編拍攝成一部真人實景影片。
馬克·戈登，唐·墨菲和SusanMontford將擔任影片的製片人。馬克·戈登是一位資深製片人，他曾製作過《速度與激情》系列、《拯救大兵瑞恩》和《2012》等影片。此外，他還製作過《實習醫生格蕾》、《犯罪心理》等熱門劇集以及正在熱播的《雷·多諾萬》；唐·墨菲曾製作過《變形金剛》系列電影；SusanMontford則是正在拍攝的《吸血鬼學院：嗜血姐妹》的製作人。
