I have read the paragraph 6 which talk about the quality of life.

The quality of life is more important than ever before. What kind of life can satisfy people? Come with they awake to their rights and interests, the more those expectations to their company than before. Most of persons work for improves their quality of life but their work can not influence their life and family. They need stable days off and vacations for company their family members. For the young employees, if company can help them get a solution which is about take care of children. They can work heart and soul. The company should pay close attention personal needs of their employees.

The company needs stable workforce and environment because the high turnover rate would increases the costs and expense and influences the regular work of company. So company should need to supply the material benefits to employees for the company at least.

The author discusses that the employees will not stay in one place for long time. Why they do like that? If I have a job and I do it for several years. I do the same program of it everyday. I lose my interests gradually and the job loses its attraction. At last I want to change another job. Because I feel boring and the job is helpless for me. The workers need improve their knowledge and capabilities to suit them for the changing world. There is no impossible that they can work on a job for long time.

I think the method which used by the Land’s End Company, Dodgeville, Wisconsin is good for employees and company. They offer a chance to workers that can help them learn through experience from other jobs and keep their interests on work. It is also employees need. Furthermore, it can decrease the resignation of workers.
