It`s universally accepted that today`s workers are more and more busy than before .So that they need more time to keep balance between work and their family. It`s my feelings of this article after reading. Quality of life is also the emphatic point in this article I think. No matter on and off job is that significant to today`s workers in [delete] that I believe companies should to [add be]sensitive to the personal needs of their employees. But in the paragraph 6, I don`t understand the meanings of flextime. After check [checking]in the dictionary I think flextime I[delete] means flexible time in this article.
Meanwhile I am convinced that the workers also need to widen their professional in their spare time. As this article is said [saying]that no mater workplace, most workers want to change their jobs as more as possible who want[in order to] opportunities to expand their knowledge and experience. To avoid boredom and to increase their capabilities, they want to try different kinds of work.. they also expect ongoing job training that makes them more marketable both inside and outside the company. And there is a sufficient example of the Land`s End Company, Dodgeville, Wiscondin in this article, which has proved this view.
