《SomeoneLikeYou》的音樂錄影帶在2011年9月27日開始在法國巴黎進行拍攝，由英國導演JakeNava指導拍攝，該音樂錄影帶運用了黑白的背景襯托出這首傷心情歌的意境。2011年9月29日19點56分《SomeoneLikeYou》的音樂錄影帶在MTV首播，在錄影帶里，Adele獨自一人走在法國的大街上，邊走邊唱著這首傷心情歌。在MV的後半段，阿黛爾停止歌唱並暫停在亞歷山大三世橋來眺望著塞納河，然後她繼續獨自在街上行走最後進入大樓，而這時她正望著她的前男友。
