In the passage the write(writer) used two dashes to describe “another group of showoffs” .he wanted to stress them who are different of others showoffs. This is a sympathetic type. Where we can get this idea that they said “how will they know that I’m good unless I tell them about it”. How did the writer know? This isn’t ordinary speech, so in the passage the writer used the “one close friend” to explain it.
Why did them who are basically insecure .I think they do not have confidence? The showoffs have many techniques for talking about it. I think that’s very well that the writer said. I think the writer also is showing off in here. He wanted to tell us that he is smarter than others, and he know that techniques. I did not aggress with the writer’s opinion that we should to admire that lady, because the power also takes duty .Maybe some people like do himself with a citizen.
