Ghost最早是Halsey在2014年2月3日，發布於個人SoundCloud帳戶上，之後halsey憑藉這首歌被多個唱片受邀簽約為旗下歌手。
歌曲MV
Ghost有兩個版本的MV，第一個版本的MV由Alex de Bonrepos拍攝，發布於2014年10月27日，在洛杉磯的粉紅色汽車旅館拍攝，這也是Halsey的另一首歌Hurricane的mv的拍攝地點。第二個版本的MV由Malia James和 Ryan Witt在東京進行拍攝，2015年5月下旬拍攝，於2015年6月11日發布。
