Key Words專為4-12歲兒童設計，共12級36冊，是用300個關鍵字編寫的一套非常嚴謹的分級閱讀體系，本系列包括1-6級18冊。每個級別包含a、b、c 3冊：a系列逐步介紹和重複關鍵字；b系列針對這些關鍵字，用不同的故事和圖畫，提供更多的閱讀練習；c系列引入相似的單詞，使孩子系統地掌握自然拼讀法，能夠讀難度更大的單詞。增加了單詞的拼寫練習，把單詞認讀、拼寫與閱讀結合起來，全面發展兒童的英語能力。孩子如果按照1a,1b,1c,2a,2b,2c的模式來學習，就能從這套關鍵字閱讀體系中獲得最大的收益。
