作為世界級MIX專輯的Global Underground一向以大牌DJ為賣點，2003年推出的Global Underground 025: Toronto 就由Deep Dish主理，如果留意本地跳舞音樂的人應該還記得這個2人DJ組合2002年就曾經造訪廣州，為大家帶來一個無與倫比的精彩跳舞派對。專輯內收錄了Sasha,、John Digweed 、James Lavelle等一眾超級DJ的作品，加上DEEP DISH出色的混音功架，專輯一推出就獲得Billboard 電子排行榜的冠軍位置。唱片公司更於當年7月再推出兩隻限量版的細碟，分別由DEEP DISH兩位成員單獨操刀，亦趨向與之前由兩人合作的兩張Prog.House大碟完全不同的Afterhour的感覺，收錄專輯未發行的作品。
