也稱為TACSTD1（tumor-associated calcium signal transducer1)，CD326（cluster of differentiation），17-A，ESA，EGP40，EPCAM是一種由GA-733-2基因編碼的分子量為40kDa的跨膜糖蛋白，作為嗜同種的鈣非依賴性的上皮細胞間粘附分子在上皮癌變過程中發揮著作用。
EpCAM是Epithelial cell adhesion molecule的簡寫，中文名是上皮細胞粘附分子 ，又稱TACSTD1。
