個人履歷
1986年開始在律師事務所實習，1988年通過全國首屆律師資格考試。
從此一邊在高等學府任教，一邊作兼職律師，期間，辦理了大量刑事、民事案件。
1998年辭職，創辦合作制律師事務所——天津長纓律師事務所。
2004年，轉入北京執業。
多次被評為優秀律師、文明律師、人民滿意律師，
2001年被法務部、全國律協、中央電視台聯合評為全國首屆榮譽律師，
2005年榮登中國律師風雲榜，
2006年315年度報告中評為“2005年度全國十大最令人感動的維權人物”，
2007年初被《新世紀周刊》評選為“2006年度人物”。自2007年擔任中央電視台CCTV12法律講堂欄目主講人
2007年創辦北京龐標律師事務以及中國侵權網。
2008年3月被評為北京市區十佳律師。
2008年9月被評選為“北京市司法行政系統奧運工作先進個人”。
2010、2011年榮膺北京市級優秀共產黨員；
2011年1月被評為北京市百名優秀刑辯律師。
