人物經歷

2005.9-2011.7 北京大學光華管理學院 組織管理系 管理學博士。

2009.10-2010.7 美國華盛頓大學Foster商學院,組織管理系,訪問學生。

2001.9-2005.7 北京大學經濟學院金融系 ,經濟學學士。

2011.8至今 對外經濟貿易大學國際商學院 人力資源與組織行為學系講師。
