作者簡介
吳世雄，男，香港嶺南大學英文系語言學方向哲學博士（Ph.D） （2007），任福建師範大學外國語學院教授（2005），先後任《福建外語》常務副主編和《外國語言文學》副主編。研究方向：模糊語言學，比較詞源學，符號語言學,基於語料庫的英漢辭彙隱喻結構研究。已經出版語言學專著2部，哲學譯著一部，參編詞典一部。先後獲得福建省優秀社會科學成果一等獎1項、二等獎1項，三等獎2項。已在《古漢語研究》、《外語教學與研究》、《外國語》、《外語學刊》、《現代外語》等國內學術期刊以及日本、波蘭等地的語言學學報上發表論文70餘篇。
內容簡介
《隱喻詞源和文化:基於語料庫的探索和方法論反思》運用比較詞源學來研究基於語料庫的英漢辭彙隱喻的內在模式，揭示了基於身體經驗的概念隱喻如何受基於人類心智的文化的影響，揭示了在不同文化的情感範疇化過程中，身體、心智和文化之間的相互作用，填補了辭彙隱喻研究的一個空白。在這個基礎上，《隱喻詞源和文化:基於語料庫的探索和方法論反思》進一步反思和批判了認知語言學的概念隱喻理論，提出了新的轉喻模式假說。作者進一步證明，由文化理念的歷時發展帶來的文化多元或多源是造成具體語言隱喻模式出現不一致性的主要原因。
