陳良標

Wan an Chen

浙江磐安縣安文鎮中田村人，出生於1966年。1988 年畢業於杭州大學(現浙江大學)生物系細胞生物學專業，1991年獲中國科學院發育生物學研究所理學碩士學位，1993和1996年從美國University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign 獲生理學碩士和分子生理學博士學位，1997至1999年在美國National Institutes of Health做博士後研究。2000至2001年服務於美國生物信息公司Doubletwist Inc.，從事生物信息資料庫工作。2001年回國，2004年6月入選中科院"百人計畫"，2006年獲國家傑出青年基金。《遺傳學報》編輯委員會副主編，《遺傳》編輯委員會副主編。
主要研究方向
陳良標博士領導的創新小組的主要研究方向是動物進化與環境基因組學，以及幹細胞分化的機理。通過分子生物學，生物信息和細胞生物學等研究手段：闡述新基因起源的分子機制,基因組進化與環境的相互關係，以及細胞分化的分子控制。現階段的主要研究極端環境下的基因組進化、幹細胞全能性及分化的分子基礎、生物信息學和數據挖掘。
一．極端環境下的基因組進化
生活在地球兩極的魚類在千萬年的寒冷環境中進化出了許多新的基因和特殊的生理機制以適應寒冷的極地環境。我們通過比較基因組學和分子生物學的研究手段揭示極端寒冷環境下基因組的進化規律以及細胞對嚴寒適應的分子基礎。
二．腫瘤幹細胞發生的表觀遺傳機制
分析胚胎幹細胞和腫瘤幹細胞的基因表達譜和蛋白質譜、發掘控制腫瘤幹細胞發生和分化的表觀遺傳因子，並揭示其功能。
