陳宏偉[電子科技大學教授]

陳宏偉,女,1967年生,博士,高級工程師。1987年畢業於西南師範大學,2005年獲電子科技大學碩士學位。長期從事電子材料與元器件研究工作。

主要貢獻

“九五”、“十五”期間作為主研參加總裝備部預研項目以及973子課題,在熱敏陶瓷、微波陶瓷、鐵電陶瓷和薄膜的製備、電性能研究等方面作出了重要貢獻,圓滿地完成了科研任務。目前並參與“十一五”軍事預研項目、國家自然科學基金、廣東省教育部產學研結合重點項目、973子課題的研究。主持“薄膜電路用低成本陶瓷基片與NTC熱敏電阻”課題。作為第一作者在J. Appl. Phys.、Appl. Sur. Sci.、Mater. Sci. Eng. B等期刊上發表學術論文20餘篇,其中SCI、EI收錄二十幾篇(次)。申請發明專利6項(授權1項)。
