科研工作情況
(一)學術成就概述
主要從事抗菌抗氧化活性天然有效成分的研究和甲殼素、殼聚糖降解酶、纖維素酶、蛋白質分解酶等的研究,發表學術論文20餘篇。主持國家教委留學回國人員啟動資金項目一項,青島農業大學高層次人才基金項目一項。
