薛虹[北京師範大學法學院教授]

薛虹 ，北京師範大學法學院教授、法學博士、博士生導師。北京師範大學法學院網際網路政策與法律研究中心主任。曾獲得中國法學會第四屆“全國十大傑出青年法學家”稱號。擔任國際智慧財產權教學研究促進會亞洲地區唯一執委、《世界智慧財產權》學術期刊唯一亞洲編委，世界智慧財產權組織域名爭端解決程式專家、全球智慧財產權改革研究院中國負責人，國際網際網路管理機構總裁諮詢委員會委員，亞太網際網路用戶組織的創始人之一。耶魯法學院信息社會項目客座研究員。主要研究領域為智慧財產權法、信息技術法、網際網路法律與政策等。

薛虹[北京師範大學法學院教授]

在香港大學任教多年，榮獲香港大學傑出青年研究獎，作為指導教師帶領香港大學代表隊奪得首屆亞洲模擬法庭大賽冠軍。出訪四十多個國家和地區，與二十多個全球知名的大學、研究機構和國際組織定期進行學術交流。有多部中、英文專著在國內外出版。

主要貢獻

她於1999年、2000年、2002年、2003年分別出版了中、英文專著各兩部。其中的《網路時代的智慧財產權法》一書，代表了國區域網路絡智慧財產權研究的前沿水平，在國內被廣泛引用。其英文專著，在國外也有一定的影響。多年來她在各種法學類專業雜誌發表論文多篇，如：《納入著作權保護體系的網路傳輸》、《著作權技術措施的法律保護》、《數位化出版及著作權法律問題》、《網路服務提供者的著作權侵權責任》等，在智慧財產權法律領域，產生一定的影響。其對網路服務商進行法律規範的建議、對數字環境下技術措施保護及權利限制的建議，均被有關機關採納。其研究特點是，對策性研究較多，研究成果能夠被國內主管機關套用或參考。
