蔣書文

蔣書文,男,教授,博士生導師,2002年於四川大學獲博士學位。現在電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院、電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室從事科研和教學工作。目前主要研究方向為集成敏感薄膜與特種感測器、微波電子薄膜與集成器件等。作為項目負責人和主研,承擔了總裝預研、總裝創新、基礎科研、國家自然科學基金以及橫向合作等項目10餘項。在國內外重要刊物上發表論文40餘篇。獲得省部級獎勵2次。

科研成果

在Appl. Phys. Lett.、Jpn. J. Appl. Phys.、Ferroelectrics、J. Cryst. Growth、Appl. Surf. Sci.、J. Vacu. Sci. & Tech.、Thin Solid Films、《摩擦學學報》等國內外刊物上發表論文30餘篇,他引60餘次。獲得四川省科技進步獎二等獎一次,申請國家發明專利4項。從事四川省精品課程《半導體物理》及《混合積體電路》的教學工作,曾獲電子科技大學教學成果“半導體物理課程建設”一等獎一項。

研究方向

從事航空發動機工作環境下集成敏感薄膜材料與特種感測技術、測試技術的研究,滿足極端條件下的測試需求。
