葉明亮 研究員 博士生導師 中科院大連化學物理研究所 生物技術部
葉明亮,以色譜分離與質譜分析為立足點,針對蛋白質組等複雜生物樣品的高效分離與高靈敏檢測,開展蛋白質組分離分析新技術和新方法的研究,注重分析化學與生物學、數學、生物信息學等學科的交叉。在蛋白質翻譯後修飾的高靈敏、規模化分析方面建立了多項原創技術,在Nat. Methods , Nat. Chem. Biol., Nat. Protoc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等SCI期刊上發表責任作者(第一作者和通訊作者)論文70餘篇,他引2000餘次(所有SCI論文170餘篇,他引4400餘次)。曾獲中科院院長獎學金特別獎(2001年),遼寧省自然科學獎兩次(2004年排名第4;2011年排名第3;),國家自然科學二等獎一次(2012年排名第3)。先後主持基金委傑出青年基金、國家重點研發計畫重點專項、基金委中加健康合作項目、科技部創新方法項目、國家重大科學研究計畫課題等項目。
葉明亮博士主要研究方向為蛋白質組新技術新方法的研究,主要包括:
