內容簡介
本書為高等院校專業基礎階段聽力教材。該教材遵循內容與聽力技巧並重的原則，重點在於發展學生的聽力理解能力和思維能力。
《聽力入門2000》共分為四冊，供大專院校英語專業聽力課使用，也可供具有較高英語水平的其他專業的研究生、本科生和科技人員等廣大英語學習者選用。
《聽力入門 2000》是《聽力入門》的延伸。它仍遵循內容與聽力技巧並重的原則，注重入選材料的語言真實度和典型性，把重點始終放在發展學生的聽力理解能力和思維能力等方面。
《聽力入門2000》更是《聽力入門》的超越。它採用全新的聽力素材，且更注意四冊教材中主題布局的整體性。以人為本，圍繞學生這個主體，努力體現各階級所學內容與人的發展之間的內在關係，以引導學生認識迅變中的客觀世界，扎紮實實地發展自我。就聽力技能而言，《聽力入門2000》繼續重視各項微技能和綜合技能的訓練，並嘗試用小講座形式從理論上分析聽的本質，點明要領，幫助學生消除可能產生的心理問題和聽法障礙。
