肖晶 ,臨床心理學博士 MD & PhD,首都師範大學心理系副教授、碩士生導師,首都師範大學心理與工作效能研究中心副主任,國家二級心理諮詢師認證考試面試官,佐心科技特聘專家,十餘家世界500強企業心理顧問。 學術科研方向: 1、工業與組織心理學領域:人職匹配與績效,績效預測工具研發,員工甄選與工作行為評價 2、心理健康領域:親子關係處理、青少年心理健康 、情緒發生機制 、抑鬱易感性及其認知神經機制、員工幫助計畫(EAP)的理論與實踐。

職業生涯

肖晶博士是首都師範大學心理系副教授,長期擔任十餘家世界500強企業心理顧問,擅長親子關係處理、青少年心理健康、情緒發生機制等相關的研究,並承擔或參與多項與加拿大SSHRC資助項目、加拿大衛生研究院資助項目(CHIR)、國家自然科學基金項目以及國家科技支撐計畫課題,在大量國際合作研究中,肖晶博士團隊揭示了青少年情緒問題發生的核心密碼,團隊首次在國內提出了青少年情緒問題發生的“最弱連線”原理,該項成果獲得了國家自然科學基金的資助,在國際權威科學期刊“Nature”的系列期刊“ScientificReport”等10餘家國外頂級期刊予以報導,並在國內幾十家中國小進行巡迴講座,受到廣大家長、學校教師以及學生的一致好評。很多家長紛紛表示通過這個原理,很好的理解了孩子、家長的情緒的發生機制、以及如何處理好家庭中的親子關係,並驚訝的發現,很多之前覺得是死扣的家庭矛盾與孩子問題,竟然都有了顯著的積極改變。

肖晶博士還是十餘家世界500強企業的心理顧問,為渣打銀行、中國建設銀行、中國工商銀行、中國國際金融集團、德意志銀行、中國移動、中石油、殼牌、康菲石油、GE、IBM、華為、拜耳、諾基亞、西門子等組織提供專業心理培訓、諮詢以及顧問服務。
