電影劇情
美國派5艾瑞克（John White 飾）算得上是一個標準的失意青年了，連在家中打個手統也造成祖母受驚去世的惡果。
艾瑞克與女友翠西交往兩年，但一直未能上壘，現在已是全校最後的處男、公認的笑柄，這些還不算，他是大名鼎鼎的“硬條”家族的一員，堂兄德維特等人名滿江湖，給他巨大的心理壓力。翠西終於同意與艾瑞克共赴巫山，豈料兩人時運不濟最後又發展成一場屎尿屁笑話，幸好德維特的學校要舉辦考後大裸奔活動，艾瑞克與死黨匆匆投奔堂兄希望用狂歡寬慰心懷……
經歷了與侏儒橄欖球隊的對決，裸奔活動的大幕即將揭開，然而關鍵時刻，艾瑞克忽然領悟了愛與性的意義，做出了自己的抉擇。
劇情介紹
2006美國最新校園青春喜劇片，1999年觀眾們被《美國派》深深地吸引，片中那群少男少女們吵著鬧著，從人性的角度探索了愛情、性、友誼等方面尚未被人們意識到的領域，這部紅極一時的喜劇片簡直讓人到了頂禮膜拜的地步，影迷們在這部狂野、讓人時時尷尬不已，又震撼人心的影片中看到了自己的生活經歷，而如今這部最新一集的“美國派5”被命名為“裸奔”，絕對是所有系列中最大膽出位的一部，感官絕對夠刺激。
這部影片的焦點轉向了Adam Stifler，他是Matt和Steve（Seann William Scott出現在前三部影片中）的堂弟，是個小毛孩，一點也不象他那些狂野的親戚。趨同心理壓力開始轉變他，並在夥伴的誘勸下幫助湊辦學院的“裸體賽跑”，一項裸露跑過大學校園的活動。
