大學簡介
桑福德大學（Samford University）是由浸信會教徒於1841年建立，前身是霍華德學院。1887年地址遷到伯明罕，正式更名為桑福德大學，桑福德大學是阿拉巴馬州最大的私立大學和本州唯一的由卡耐基委員會授權的私立博士/研究型大學，擁有美國南部最大及最好的神學院。
