作者簡介
秦荻輝，1942年9月生，江蘇無錫人，教授。現為陝西省研究生外語教學研究會名譽會長，西安電子科技大學科技英語研究中心主任。 秦教授在科技英語語法和科技英語寫作等方面的研究成果豐碩。他創立的“科技英語課程”早就被列為陝西省重點課程。
內容簡介
