研究方向

無機膜(沸石分子篩膜)及催化新材料;滲透汽化膜分離 在化學工程與工業催化兩個二級學科招收碩士和博士研究生。

主要貢獻

在做博士論文期間,研究了ZSM-5沸石分子篩催化劑上的低碳烴芳構化反應及機理。在東京工業大學做博士後期間,從事了Pt擔載H-beta分子篩催化劑上正己烷和正庚烷的異構化研究。日本北陸先端科學技術大學院大學任助手時,進行了分子篩合成、修飾及表征方面的研究工作,還從事了分子篩膜的合成和評價研究,共發表論文20篇。

在UCR期間,主要進行了分子篩薄膜(絕緣膜和防腐膜等)的合成和套用研究,發表學術論文20多篇,獲美國專利3項。主要成就包括:成功地合成了有取向性MFI薄膜(國際領先),發表在Chem. Mater.和Micropor. & Mesopor. Mater.,共被引99次,並探討了其在絕緣薄膜(Low-k film)方面的套用(國際首例);用Spin-on法製備了分子篩薄膜, 並考察了其在絕緣膜方面的套用(國際首創),成果兩次發表在Advanced Materials上,共被引186次;在鋁片上合成的MFI分子篩膜可用作鋁防腐膜(Electrochem. & Solid State Lett.,被他引11次);探討了MFI分子篩微粒子的套用,成果發表在J. Am. Chem. Soc上,被引150次。

在旭化成期間,先研究了分子篩絕緣薄膜,然後又研究開發了分子篩脫水分離膜,共申請了日本專利15項,還從事了沸石分子篩催化劑的研究開發。

迄今共發表SCI收錄論文39篇、EI收錄論文2篇(其中第一、二作者23篇,通訊作者7篇),累計被引1400多次,SCI收錄論文影響因子總和超過120。2009年發表了兩篇J Am Chem Soc(影響因子>8.0)論文,在中空纖維分子篩脫水膜方面取得了重要進展,乙醇脫水的膜通量可達6-8kg/m2h,是日本三井造船公司的3-4倍;開發了氧化鋁中空纖維上新的塗晶方法,並設計了聚合物與分子篩形成的複合中空纖維支撐體。研究開發了具有高通量的氧化鋁管分子篩膜的製備,有望用於工業套用。通過簡單地控制模板劑TPAOH的用量,能很好地抑制b取向MFI晶種二次生長時a取向晶體的生長,從而獲得高度b取向的MFI分子篩連續膜。
