灼熱絲試驗機

在設備內部容易使火焰蔓延的絕緣材料或其他固體可燃材料的零件可能會由於灼熱絲或灼熱元件而起燃。在一定條件下,例如流過導線的故障電流、元件過載以及不良接觸的情況下,某些元件會達到某一溫度而使其附近的零件起燃。灼熱絲試驗機是利用模擬技術評定由於灼熱元件或過載電阻之類熱源,在短時間內所造成熱應力的著火危險性。適用於電工電子設備及其元件、部件,也適用於固體電氣絕緣物料或其他固體可燃材料。

灼熱絲試驗機

本裝置根據IEC60695-2-10:2000、GB/T5169.10-2006、GB/T5169.13-2006和GB4706.1標準中“灼熱絲試驗方法”的要求設計製造,適用於電工電子產品、家用電器及其材料進行著火危險試驗,模擬灼熱元件或過載電阻之類的熱源或點火源在短時間所造成的熱應力。

技術參數:

一、工作電源:AC220V,50Hz,≤500W;
二、加熱溫度:500-1000°≤範圍內連續可調,測溫精度±10°C;
三、灼熱時間:0.1-999.9s,±0.1S(時間範圍可調);
四、起燃時間:0.1-999.9s,自動記錄,手動暫停;
五、火焰熄滅時間:0.1-999.9s,自動記錄,手動暫停;
六、灼熱絲對試樣壓力:1±0.2N.(配砝碼), 限壓深度為7mm;
七、灼熱絲為φ4鎳(80%) 鉻 (20%)按規定尺寸製成;
八、熱電偶:φ0.5 鎧裝鎳鉻/鎳鋁絲,K分度,英國進口,對地絕緣;
九、自動脫離:試樣達到規定灼熱時間後,自動脫離灼熱絲;
十、燃燒箱:寬×深×高 (1100×550×1150)mm(內部體積大於0.5立方,可訂製作0.75立方、1立方);箱體內壁黑色,光照度小於20lx,箱體由1.2厚304不鏽鋼製作,燃燒箱與控制箱在同一箱體;
十一、灼熱絲到松木板距離可調,配接物盤一個、絹紙五張、松木板一件;
十二、計時器及溫控表採用進口儀表(奧托尼克斯),計量準確。

儀器主要配件:

1. 繼電器:歐姆龍
2. 數字儀表:採用韓國autonics(奧托尼克斯)顯示.
3. 斷路器:施耐德
4. 按鈕、開關、指示燈:上海。
5. 箱體:由1.2厚的304不鏽鋼板製成,表面噴漆。

灼熱絲試驗機操作步驟

1.將試驗品固定於試驗架上,調整試驗插入所需尺寸。
2.插上機箱背後電源,確認進線電源是否有良好接地,電源電壓為AC220V。
3.調整計時錶:ta.ti.te試驗所需時間範圍。
4.開啟電源開關,檢查儀表是否正常。
5.待溫度表顯示值到試驗所需溫度,按啟動鍵,即進入試驗,注ti.te兩個鍵均為自鎖鍵,如果ti.te鍵彈出,按啟動鍵後,則進入全部計時狀態。
6.當加溫時間計時完畢時,載樣小車將自動脫離。停止加溫。
7.觀察試驗品,起燃時按下ti鍵,計時錶ti開始計時。
8.觀察試驗品在燃燒過程中所掉下的殘渣,燃燒和試驗品到熄滅時立即按te鍵,計時錶te開始計時。燃燒時記錄火焰高度。
9.試驗結束,按下“排風按鈕”,排出煙霧。
10.關閉電源開關,按下ti、te鍵。
11.取下試驗品,記錄試驗結果,清潔箱內污垢,關閉排風口,關閉總電源開關。
計時錶ta 為試驗時間。
計時錶ti 為試驗到試驗品起燃時間。
計時錶te 為試驗到試驗品熄滅時間。

The control unit is supplied with all the controls and metering necessary to accurately set the temperature of the glow wire. The wire current is continuously variable by means of the panel-mounted controller and is monitored by the built-in ammeter. A digital temperature indicator is fitted which, in conjunction with the thermocouple supplied, accurately measures the glow wire temperature. The electrical circuit of the control unit is fully protected by fuses and a miniature circuit breaker and incorporates mains on/off switching and push button control of the output current. Self contained cabinet with large viewing window and dark colored interior.
