由上海市靜安區民政局（社團局）和靜安區婦聯批准的NGO上海市靜安區關愛女童工作協會於2010.3開幕。本NGO對外名稱為：灰姑娘俱樂部，面對5-12歲女童，化解她們的心理問題，提供需要的經濟幫助，幫助家長發掘孩子的潛力，激發孩子的創造力。
灰姑娘俱樂部每周日在Peace and Love Cafe舉辦專題活動，由志願者和孩子們進行互動交流、學習遊戲。同時針對疾病、貧困、單親等女孩，進行長期有效的物資和經濟資助。
Cinderella Club, Care for Younger Girls, is a Non-Government Organization registered and approved by Shanghai Bureau of City Affairs and Women’s Federation. The Club was established on March 27, 2010. The goal of the Club is to provide under-privileged girls between age 5 and 12 with needed financial support and assist the parents or guardians of these children to discover and reach their children’s potential. Every Sunday the Club organizes themed events such as English Corner, Music Class, Dance Class and Sports Club at Peace & Love Café. We believe these activities can inspire the children’s creativity and help boost self-esteem, establish self-confidence and restore individuality. Our loving and caring volunteers interact with the children on a weekly basis and monitor their academic and emotional progress. The Club is committed in providing long-term financial and material help and most important of all, love, to the children.
資金使用 :
一、專項費用
我們的資金目前最主要有兩項使用去向
1. 身患重疾或父母重疾女童。經濟、物資及心理援助。
2. 單親家庭女童。經濟、物資及心理援助。
3. 遭受家庭暴力的女童，法律和心理援助。
4. 自閉傾向女童。心理援助。
5. 少數民族女童。
二、日常費用
1. 每周有一天時間組織公益的灰姑娘俱樂部的活動。
2. 讓孩子們有一個盡情玩耍、學習、表演的場地。
3. 我們有志願者和專業人士進行輔導和幫助。
The Use of Funds:
A. Cinderella Club aspired to provide financial and psychological assistance to under resourced girls in the following categories.
1. Younger Girls with servere illness or whose parents have severe illness.
2. Single parent girls.
3. Girls that suffer from family abuses.
4. Girls with autism.
5. Minority girls.
B. Weekly Activities
1. Every Sunday Cinderella Club hosts club activities at Peace and Love Cafe.
2. Club activities include English Corner, Music Class, Dance Class and outdoor Sports activities.
3. We have volunteers and professional teachers and psychologists to provide academic, social and emotional guidance.

2009.5 灰姑娘俱樂部籌備。
2009.5 灰姑娘俱樂部辦公室確定：海防路靜安藝庭。
2009.9 灰姑娘俱樂部主要活動地點：Peace and Love Cafe 籌備。
2009.12.8 Peace and Love Cafe 開業
2010.1 上海市靜安區關愛女童工作協會 經民政局核名通過。
2010.2 上海市靜安區關愛女童工作協會 經婦聯、社聯會、民政評審通過。
2010.3.27 灰姑娘俱樂部（即上海市靜安區關愛女童工作協會）開幕儀式及首次義賣會在Peace and Love Cafe 舉辦，靜安區婦聯主席與民政局（社團局）局長為灰姑娘揭幕。
2010.4.10 灰姑娘俱樂部周末例行活動開班，每周日在Peace andLove Cafe舉辦例行輔導、幫助、培訓及聯誼活動。
2010.5.28 上海市靜安區關愛女童工作協會取得民政局正式社會團體證書。
2010.5.30 上海市慈善基金會（靜安分會） 灰姑娘專項基金 簽約儀式 首期善款50萬元。灰姑娘俱樂部六一大聯歡。
2010.7 灰姑娘俱樂部走訪雲南紅河州黃草嶺中學與國小少數民族女生家庭，並結對資助。
Milestones:
May 2009 – Started to plan the inception of Cinderella Club Care for Younger Girls.
May 2009 – Office of Cinderella Club Care of Younger Girl was established and located at JingAn YiTing.
September 2009 – Ground breaking construction of Peace and Love Café, a venue to be dedicated for Cinderella Club’s weekly Sunday activities.
December 8, 2009 – Grand opening of Peace and Love Café.
January, 2010 – Cinderella Club was registered and approved by Civil Affairs Bureau.
February,210 – Cinderella Club was registered and approved by Women’s Federation.
March 27, 2010 – Grand opening ceremony and first Annual Fund Raising Auction party
to celebrate the inception of Cinderella Club at Peace and Love Café.
April 10, 2010 – Cinderella Club weekly Sunday activities kicked off at Peace and Love Café.
May 28, 2010 – Cinderella Club was awarded the official Non-Government Organization certificate from Civil Affairs Bureau.
May 30, 2010 – Cinderella Fund was established under Shanghai Charity Foundation with initial funding of RMB 500,000.
June 1, 2010 – “June 1 Children’s Day Cinderella Club Gala”.
July 2010 –Volunteers of Cinderella Club visited under-privileged minority nationality girls of Hani Community in YunNan. Cinderella Club provided books for these children and started to develop special programs to assist these children.
July 2010- Over 100 volunteers have registered and participated in Cinderella Club's activities.

宗旨：
1、一般救急不濟貧。貧窮的問題不是靠一兩次
經濟救助能解決的，但疾病需要立即的救助。
2、心理和技能或物資資助多於經濟資助。
授人魚不如授人以漁。
