浙江萬谷集團萬谷於2001年6月開始投產，第一期投資5000萬元，引進了當今世界一流的生產製造設備：來自日本信濃株式會社的PLEXTER 高速單卡印刷機；日本良民的大版四色膠印機; 台灣貿隆公司的數控全自動層壓機、高速精密全自動沖卡機；德國庫爾茲公司的八軌道裱磁機、全息圖燙印機；德國美創力公司的刮刮卡噴碼覆膜機；義大利CIM的個人化發卡設備；德國紐豹公司的全自動接觸式IC卡封裝線；以美國AIT的非接觸式IC卡生產技術為核心的射頻卡生產線等。公司已具備年產接觸式IC卡5000萬張，射頻卡2500萬張，各種（PVC/PET系列/ABS/複合紙）印刷卡及各類包裝印刷品1億套（張），智慧卡通用讀寫終端設備及各種節能設備8萬套（台）的生產規模和能力。
浙江萬谷科技有限公司在成立之初，就從全國各地吸收了大量的專業人才加入到公司的各個重要崗位，使公司通過從2001年6月至12月短短的半年試生產時間內就達到了同行業先進水平，令同行刮目相看。目前集團公司擁有大專、本科學歷48人，研究生3人，高級職稱18人，技術力量十分雄厚。
萬谷自開始就與國際接軌，十分注重高標準的生產環境對保證其品質的重要性，無論在哪道工藝或環節，萬穀人都傾注了全部的心血與智慧。自2002年初通過ISO9001質量管理體系認證後，又在2002年3月以後相繼獲得國家積體電路卡註冊證書和國家IC卡生產許可證證書、印刷經營許可證、萬事達卡國際組織的會員資格；現正在申請VISA卡國際組織以及中國銀聯組織的會員資格過程中。另外，萬谷金融COS也已通過了人民銀行金融檢測中心的認證。上述認證的通過標誌著萬谷的管理已正式走上國際化軌道。

Zhejiang Wangu Technology Co., Ltd. was established at the beginning of 2001, which mainly specializes in the manufacture of intelligent card and the equipped facilities and the development of its application system. It takes an area of more than 10 Mu. Wangu has passed ISO9001:2000 version quality management system certification of Germany TUV international quality certification organization. It has obtained the IC card manufacture license issued by national quality technology supervisory bureau, and it has obtained the integrated circuit card manufacture organization registered certification issued by national IC card registration center and IC card manufacture license issued by construction ministry, which has passed the security and risk management certification of MasterCard international organization, and obtained the membership. The annual capacity of magnetic card is 120 million, the contact IC card (Including SIM card) 50 million, and the contactless card 6 million. The new workshop, which takes an area of 36 Mu, will be completed In 2005. The purpose of the builder is to make Wangu Technology become the first class processing and manufacture base for cards and tools in the world.
As we know, that the overall quality is a key item, we also know the importance of the quality of the artwork depends on the quality of the plate making and color printing. Wangu has controlled rigorously the relations between net dot and picture from making the film. Wangu has adopted the Speed-direct-plate-making technology and hence avoided the evident lowering of the precision of the original due to the conversion from film to plate. Four color and larger page color printing is using UV printing ink, which secures the clearness and entity, further more it has a speed capacity of 360,000 sheets per hour. It satisfies the customer's needs to a maximum. The capacity of the High-Speed Six Colors Water-free UV printing is 80 million sheets per year on different basic material as ABS\PET\PVC, etc...
Wangu continuously develops new printing process based on their plate making and printing strength in order to offer the best solution to all of our customers.
The maturity of a technology not only depends on the most advanced equipment but also the experience from practice. The lamination technique is one of the most important ones in the card manufacture. Wangu possesses very experienced engineers in the lamination process, who can combine the temperature, pressure and time in a ideal status in lamination process.
Wangu automatic whole-plate card puncher and SIM card puncher equipments have the advanced technology, and the edge of products after punching is sharp and the size is stable.
Wangu magcard is produced in a very good environment. ISO9000 and MasterCard management . concept has embodied everywhere in the production such as design, quality control, human resources, logistics and internal environment arrangement, etc...We have adopted KURZ full automatic eight trace magnetic stamping machine from Germany. The annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards.
Wangu has the advanced MUHLBAUER contact IC card production line from Germany. The accurate trough milling process makes the single contact IC card packing in ideal status. In the meantime, it also supplies the reliable technique and quality guarantee for the dual interface card manufacturing. We know clearly the strict request needed for dual interface card packing. Wangu continuously discusses in depth with the packing equipment and module producers in order to master this technique strongly.
The annual capacity for contact IC card is 40 millions. Strict quality management control is held at any production improvement. The quality of the product is a must for Wangu.
Wangu's contactless card has adopted the most advanced American AIT process. The core of AIT technology is inlay embedding and module welding. The inlay is embedded into the PVC sheet accurately by ultrasonic measurement and then the module and the inlay are welded within nitrogen gas surrounding. The strength of the welding points is secured higher than 80g within the safe factor. The above techniques are the most important parts in contactless card manufacturing. In order to further enhance the card packing process and efficiency, Wangu has set up a close cooperation with Sino Golden-Card Company as to the research and development of the application of relevant equipment. The annual capacity for contactless card will reach 25 million pcs.
