河北信衡變壓器製造有限公司始建於1983年，其前身是衡水變壓器裝配廠。經過近三十年的不斷努力和發展，現已成為擁有完整成套生產、檢驗設備，集研究、開發、生產為一體的大型電氣、變壓器製造企業，是河北省重點投資企業。併入選電力工業電力設備及儀表質量檢驗測試中心《2003-2005年檢測合格電力設備產品選型目錄》。
Hebei Xinheng Transformer Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 1983, with its predecessor as Hengshui Transformer Assembly Factory. After more than 30 years of working hard and development, the company has developed into a large-scale manufacturing enterprise of electrical products and transformers, which owns a completed series of manufacturing and testing equipment and with the integration of research, development, and production in one enterprise. The company is a key investment enterprise in Hebei Province and is listed in the catalogue of Qualified Electrical Equipment Type Selection 2003-2005 which is published by Electric Power Equipment & apparatus Testing Center.
信衡坐落於衡德、石黃高速之間的衡水市北方工業基地，交通極為便利。公司占地250畝，建築面積72000平方米，註冊資金5020萬元，總投資3.2億元。公司由一支高效、精幹的員工隊伍組成，具備獨立的產品生產能力和完善的售後服務體系 。
The company is located at Hengshui Northern Industrial Base which is between Hengyang-Dezhou Expressway and Shijiazhuang-Huanghuagang Expressway and has a convenient transportation condition. The company occupies a land of 250 mu with its building area as 72,000 square meters; the registered capital of the company is 50.2 million yuan and the total investment is 0.32 billion yuan. The company has a highly efficient team which is composed by elite staffs, which is capable of manufactureing the products independently and providing a perfect after-sale service.
公司擁有大型生產廠房，全系列電力變壓器專業生產設備和變壓器專用檢測設備；擁有矽鋼片全自動縱剪生產線、橫剪生產線，變壓器波紋油箱生產線，箔式繞線機，全自動真空壓力濾油機及其它大型工裝設備。公司還引進了國際先進的具有靜態混料專利技術的全自動真空澆注設備和H級絕緣浸漬式乾式變壓器生產線，擁有變壓器真空乾燥系統和局放測試儀、功率分析儀等具有國際先進水平的工裝、試驗和檢測設備。
The company owns a large-scale workshop, a completed series of manufacturing equipment and special testing apparatus for power transformers, a full-automatic silicon-steel slitting machine, a crosscut shear machine, a production line of corrugated type tanks for transformers; foil winders, a full-automatic vacuum oil-filter, and other large-scale technological equipment. The company has also introduced the globally-advanced full-automatic vacuum casting equipment which boasts the patent of static material mixing technology, and the H-grade impregnated dry-type transformer production line; the company also owns other globally advanced technological and testing equipment, such as vacuum drying system, partial discharge tester, and power analyzer which are used for manufacturing of transformers.

With introduction and making use of advanced technologies both from abroad and home as the technology basis, the company stresses quality inspection of materials and manufacturing process control, which guarantees the stability of the products' quality. Since the company has continually adopted optimized and innovated measures, the major economic and technical indices of the product have taken leading position in the national industry, and the product's technical indices have reached international IEC standard. All products have passed the regular test, type test and special test hold by the national transformer quality inspection and testing center.
