先進材料的製備、模擬計算與設計
1. 納米材料:無機化合物納米材料的可控制備,形貌演變及其相變特性的實驗和理論研究。
2.半導體材料:摻雜半導體及其表面的電子結構;帶隙裁剪對半導體光催化、磁性等的調控機制。
3.功能晶態材料:功能晶態材料電子結構、光學性質及其晶格動力學的研究。
