科研工作
楊進輝同志從事岩石地球化學研究工作,學術上堅持與國際接軌,強調自主創新,主要在原位微區同位素分析技術、華北克拉通破壞與大規模岩漿作用等方面作出突出成績,為我國岩漿岩成因岩石學科學作出重要貢獻。他首次研發了黃鐵礦Rb-Sr等時線直接確定金成礦時代的分析方法;研發了原位微區同位素分析技術,並利用該技術對花崗岩及鎂鐵質包體進行研究,為岩漿混合和岩漿形成的熱源提供了確鑿的證據和新的研究思路;明確提出華北陸塊晚中生代去克拉通化作用。這些創新性成果極大提高了我國原位微區分析技術和克拉通破壞等研究的國際地位與影響。
發表SCI論文90餘篇,有3篇論文被ESI評為相關學科的Top Paper。統計到2011年10月,全部論文被SCI引用2200餘次,進入ISI全球地學高引用率科學家排名錄前500名。
