一部關於愛與罪的生 存故事；深刻描繪泰國底層人民生活樣貌的佳作。父母雙亡相依為命的兩兄弟，在哥哥伊科接到必須參加的徵兵抽籤通知單後，不得不再次面對命運的惡意。無法勸服同性戀哥哥去做出任何改變命運之事的奧特，選擇了自己動手，然而他的衝動導致了意想不到的後果......奧特逐漸了解，就如同他喜愛的西洋棋局般，生命中看似公平卻有不公平的本質。
