研究領域
微流控生化分析晶片及微生物學套用
研究內容
幾何尺度達到以微米和納米的微納加工技術,是套用廣泛、發展迅速的一門多領域交叉的新學科,對於現代科學技術具有革命性的意義。以微納加工技術為依託,微流控(Microfluidics) 通過微尺度通道及結構,可以精確的控制和測量微量流體中的生化分子、細胞、微生物個體等及其所處的微環境,拓展了人類對微觀生命世界的認識和操控能力,也為微生物相關技術的發展提供了新的機遇。本課題組從微流控器件的設計、製備和集成出發,致力於建立微生物學“晶片實驗室”(Lab On a Chip),加快對微生物世界的多樣性和功能的探索和認識。近期主要研究課題包括:
(1)基於陣列液滴微流控技術,實現高通量環境和極端環境微生物單細胞分離、培養和鑑定,以及定向篩選高性能、高特異性微生物菌種。
(2)基於連續層流和靜態擴散的微流控的定量微生物趨化研究。
(3)結合微流控捕獲技術和陣列PCR技術,實現環境和臨床微生物的捕獲和高靈敏度檢測。
(4)開發毛細管等電聚焦和二維電泳分析系統,套用於超微量的蛋白組分析。
