李進才[天津大學副教授]

李進才，男，1960年11月生，天津大學農業與生物工程學院副教授，碩士生導師。研究方向:果蔬保鮮，食品安全，糧食加工，園藝植物栽培與生理，設施園藝 /發表學術論文60多篇，SCI檢索論文13篇、EI檢索論文3篇，專利5項，參加國際學術會議18次；2004年獲名古屋國際蘭花會議優秀學術論文獎。

人物經歷

1984年畢業於獲山西農業大學，獲蔬菜學學士學位，1993年獲山西農業大學蔬菜學碩士學位，1998年獲日本高知大學植物營養學碩士學位，2001年獲日本岐阜大學農學博士學位。1984年起在山西農業大學任教，1995年為日本高知大學訪問學者。2001-2003年為日本文部省學術振興會特別研究員（博士後）。

研究方向

蔬菜栽培生理，植物抗逆機理。

主要貢獻

學術成果

主持完成日本文部省學術振興會研究課題“流通條件下農產品高品質管理技術及抗氧化機理的研究”課題。近年來發表學術論文40餘篇，其中核心刊物論文20餘篇(SCI論文7篇)。
