內容介紹
有效的職涯經歷描述不僅能讓再度就業者在企業主限定的字數內精準的描述自身的背景資訊及先前工作經驗及成就，更關鍵性的是有效的職涯經歷能讓企業主快速明瞭求職者如何應用相關知識技能及先前的就業經驗結合來貢獻企業主。書中每個單元均呈現六個視覺化的情境，經由以全民英語檢定為標準而設計的口說訓練、聽力、閱讀及寫作四種不同功能來強化英文能力。此外，本書也非常適合在課堂上使用，教師可以先描述單元情境而讓學生藉由書中練習循序在短期內完成。
作者介紹
柯泰德一九六五年九月生於美國印第安那州。畢業於美國印第安那州法蘭克林學院，並獲美國國際學院公共行政碩士，目前攻讀教育博士中（應用語言類）。
曾於南非、印度、瑞士、烏克蘭等地從事研究工作。目前為工研院化工所副研究員，並任教於國立清華大學與國立交通大學講授科技英文寫作課程，且首創The Chinese On-line Writing Lab（線上英文論文編修訓練服務）
