人物簡介
一直從事半導體薄膜材料物理與器件的研究,包括薄膜電晶體、太陽能電池材料、矽基發光原型器件等。曾經主持與參與了多項國家與省部級科研項目。近期主要工作集中在半導體量子點的製備、光電特性與器件套用以及碳基薄膜材料的研究方面。
至今已發表學術論文 90 余篇,論文被多次引用。曾獲江蘇省科技進步一、二等獎各一次, 2000 年獲教育部優秀青年教師獎勵基金。

1. 矽基納米結構材料的可控制備;
2. 矽基納電子與光電子器件;
3. 稀土摻雜功能薄膜與套用;
4. 新一代太陽電池。
