人物經歷
中國科學技術大學計算機科學與技術學院、國家高性能計算中心（合肥）教授，IEEE、ACM和中國計算機學會會員。
2002年中國科學技術大學計算機系博士畢業，獲計算機軟體與理論專業博士學位。
2002年起在國家高性能計算中心（合肥）從事並行計算與套用相關的研究工作。
近幾年主要研究多核並行編程模型及性能最佳化、高性能生物序列分析算法等。
2011年受邀參與《算法導論》第三版的主要翻譯工作，書籍已在亞馬遜、京東網站熱銷。
