徐軍偉,1979年11月生,博士,昆明理工大學生命科學與技術學院,教授。

2009年9月- 2011年10月:於上海交通大學微生物代謝國家重點實驗室從事博士後研究,主要從事高等真菌次級代謝產物的代謝工程研究。

2004年9月- 2009年9月:就讀於華東理工大學生物反應器工程國家重點實驗室,生物化工專業,獲得工學博士學位。

2001年9月- 2004年7月:就讀於青島化工學院化學工程學院,生物化工專業,獲得碩士學位。

1997年9月- 2001年7月: 就讀於河南大學生物系,發酵工程專業,獲得學士學位。

研究方向

套用微生物,生物技術,生物製藥,微生物代謝工程。

利用雲南省微生物資源的優勢,篩選生產生物活性物質的藥用真菌。建立微生物深層培養的方法,實現活性物質生物反應器規模的大量生產。結合基因組學和功能基因組學技術研究生物活性物質的合成調控機制,並以此為基礎改造微生物的代謝途徑,實現活性物質代謝流量的最大化。
目前以高等藥用真菌靈芝為研究對象,通過基因工程和代謝工程的方法解析生物活性物質靈芝酸(抗癌等功能)和靈芝多糖(增強免疫力等功能)的生物合成調控機制,構建高產工程菌株並實現其規模化生產。

獲獎記錄

貴州省科技進步一等獎(排名第3),伍達觀先進教師獎,紅雲園丁優秀教師獎。

comparative genomic analysis, proteomic analysis and metabolic flux analysis.

4. Metabolic engineering of bioactive compounds-producing higher fungi.
