人物經歷
1982年畢業於四川醫學院藥學專業，獲學士學位。
1993年畢業於華西醫科大學，獲理學博士學位。
1993年任華西醫科大學副教授、藥學院副院長。
1997年任教授，1998年1月聘為博士研究生導師。
1999年1月任藥學院院長兼藥物研究所所長。
1999年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金資助。
主要學術兼職：
-國務院學位委員會藥學學科評議組成員（第五、六屆）。
-國家973計畫健康科學領域專家諮詢組專家。
-國家藥典委員會執行委員暨藥用輔料與藥包材專業委員會主任。

主要科研和教學情況
在藥物傳遞系統特別是靶向給藥系統及新藥開發研究等方面做了一些有價值的工作。近10年來，負責國家傑出青年科學基金項目1項，國家自然科學基金重點項目1項，國家自然科學基金面上項目5項，國家“863”計畫課題2項，國家“十五”重大科技專項“創新藥物與中藥現代化”項目1項，教育部、四川省重點項目3項，其他部省級項目10餘項。主編、副主編出版專著、教材、參考書8部。發表論文280餘篇，其中SCI、EI收錄60餘篇。主研、參研新藥12個。申請發明專利9項。
