1993年 -1995年3月,大連高新技術園區 創業中心 職員。
1995年-2004年10月,大連理工大學 三束材料改性國家重點實驗室,助理研究員,副教授.
2003年7月-10月及2004年4月-6月,德國 Deggendorf大學 電子工程系,訪問研究員。
2004年11月-2006年11月,日本 大阪大學 結合科學研究所,JSPS博士後。
2006年12月-2013年11月,大連理工大學 三束材料改性國家重點實驗室,副教授
2013年12月起,大連理工大學 物理與光電工程學院,教授
