喬安娜·齊默喬安娜·齊默1976年出生在德國的弗萊堡，在美國和英國長大，從國小習兩種語言。
許多年前，她搬到了柏林居住，在當地的盲人學校讀書。打小開始，她就致力於自己在音樂上的發展。她在柏林合唱團中所受到的聲樂訓練極大地影響了她的音樂生涯。
15歲的時候,，喬安娜已經在許多有名的爵士樂俱樂部里演出過。
她也繼續孜孜不倦於自己在唱歌上的發展.她獨立組織在俱樂部和知名酒店裡的演出,把積攢下來的錢製作了她的第一張DEMO小樣。
