人物簡介
三歲Waddell就開始和她的小夥伴們一起在教堂唱歌，後來這個甚至上了Charlotte電視台的關於這個教堂的每日節目。高中時代她參加了學校小有名氣的合唱隊，甚至獲得了在在Carnegie會堂（在紐約）一起表演的機會。當然她還是杜克大學（美國知名大學位於美國北卡羅萊那州達勒姆的知名私立男女合校研究型大學）音樂工作室的知名校友。
Waddell拒絕了Belmont大學所提供的足夠支付她大學音樂學習生涯的獎學金。因為她覺得上帝好像引導著她全心全意專注於音樂，於是她放棄了讀大學的機會。2004年她把自己的第一份經濟約簽給了VerticalEntertainment，後來簽約了WordRecordsSparrowRecords（2006年）。她的第一張專輯SayIt與2007年5月22日發行。同時她還和SanctusReal,HawkNelson,JeremyCamp,StevenCurtisChapman等人一起擔任了theWinterJamTour的開場表演嘉賓。
