個人簡介：
1992年本科畢業於上海同濟大學化學系，1995年在中科院上海有機化學研究所獲得碩士學位，2002年於美國范德堡大學(Vanderbilt University)化學系獲得博士學位。其後在美國范德堡大學醫學院臨床藥理部，醫學系，藥學系和化學系任研究助理教授(Research Assistant Professor, 2005)和研究副教授(Research Associate Professor, 2009)。2007至2009年擔任范德堡大學藥物開發項目藥代動力學中心實驗室主任。尹慧勇博士作為PI和Co-Investigator參與了多項美國國立衛生研究院(NIH)研究項目。2010年加入中國科學院上海生命科學研究院營養科學研究所，任研究員，博士生導師，研究組長。
研究領域：
(1) 利用化學、分子與細胞生物學、動物模型以及人體臨床實驗等手段研究內源性自由基以及氧化應激(Oxidative Stress)對不飽和脂肪酸代謝的調節與影響及其代謝產物在營養相關疾病中的作用；
(2) 研究和開發基於現代質譜技術的代謝組學(Metabolomics)、脂組學(Lipidomics)和蛋白組學(Proteomics) 等手段研究脂肪酸代謝與人類營養及疾病的關係；
(3) 研究利用營養干預預防和治療一些與脂肪酸代謝相關的疾病；
(4) 研究食品中化學污染物的毒性及致病機理；開發快速檢測食品有害化學污染物的手段。
