宜春郡

隋大業三年（607年），改袁州為宜春郡，治宜春縣（今宜春市袁州區），領宜春、萍鄉、新喻3縣。唐武德五年（622年），復改宜春郡為袁州，天寶五年（746年），改袁州為宜春郡，治、轄仍舊。乾元元年（758年），又改宜春郡為袁州。
