威含德是凝聚了上海龐統有限公司和上海東寶麥愛石油機械有限公司專業生產油田閥門（API 6A, 16A, 16C）的核心力量建立而成的工廠，是集產品經營、設計、製造、檢測於一體的民營企業。從2006年至今, 我們的團隊一直為美國威德福公司生產製造API 6A, 16A, 16C產品. 總計超過2億5千萬人民幣.

位於上海青浦區白鶴鎮，工廠占地31302平方米，廠房面積17000平方米，辦公用房3800平方米，企業註冊資金2000萬元，固定資產1200萬元。
Factory covers an area of 31,302 square meters, plant area of 17,000 square meters, office space 3800 square meters, corporate registered capital 20 million Yuan, fixed assets 12 million Yuan.
工廠經營、設計、製造、檢驗各種產品都按美國石油學會API規範執行，各專業人員均為從事石油機械產品製造行業20年以上經歷，具有很強的設計製造能力以及管理能力。

Since its establishment, the company introduced and assimilated the related technology of Cameron, and have been innovative researching and developing , insisting on the direct of new technology and new process of oilfield drilling and production for the company’s product developing and service.
With market oriented, the company imported several machining centers, high-end lathes and gas sealing test equipments, introduced several product lines and standardized the product machining, enormously enhanced the product quality.

設備生產 Production & Equipment
威含德產品按美國石油學會API規範執行，從產品設計，原材料採購、生產、檢驗、到油漆包裝發運，每道工序均嚴格按照質量保證體系要求操作。
Wellhead’s products conform to API specifications, from product design, purchase raw material, manufacture, inspection to paint and crate for shipment, every procedure strictly follows quality assurance system.
對生產過程中的各個因素進行有效控制。設備維修人員嚴格執照維修與保養計畫及時對生產檢測設備進行維修保養，從而確保設備的正常使用。產品的主要生產過程我公司可獨立完成，對原材料及配件實行統一標準採購，分類擺放。

Wellhead has more than 140 equipments like many CNCs, production center and high-tech equipment and testing equipment. Newly brought in 3G test equipment, CDG-10000 computer controlled MT equipment and HTC 125140a CNC is enhancing the capacity of Wellhead’s technology innovation, and is expanding development of new products. 質量檢驗QualityInspection
威含德設有現代化的質量檢驗和試驗中心，擁有材料化學分析、光譜分析、機械性能試驗、衝擊試驗等材料檢驗設備;超音波探傷、磁粉探傷、著色探傷等材料及特殊工序缺陷檢測設備；擁有超音波測厚儀、硬度計、紅外線測溫儀、扭力板手等先進的檢測設備及多台套大中型閥門壓力試驗台等成品性能測試設備，確保產品交付合格率100%。
Wellhead has a modern quality inspection and test center, including chemical analysis, mechanical properties test, impact test equipment; UT, MT, LP test equipment; Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, hardness tester, infrared thermometer, and torque wrench and many finished product test equipment etc. Those attribute to conformance rate of delivered products is 100%.
不合格品的控制Control of Non-conformance Products
在生產過程中出現不合格品時，檢驗員立即對不合格品作出標記進行隔離，並開具不合格品通知及處理單，等處置結論作出後，由責任部門負責制度糾正和預防措施，同時質量檢驗部進行跟蹤檢查、效果確認，以確保產品質量的符合性。
If Non-conformance occurs, inspector will mark and isolate non-conformance part immediately and generate NCR notice and report. After results come out, responsible department will provide corrective and preventive action, and quality department will follow the re-inspection and confirm results so as to make sure the quality conformance.
