主要研究領域及興趣:
目前,我們研究小組所感興趣的是一類與痛覺和溫度傳導相關的TRP離子通道的門控機制、通道蛋白的結構與功能之間的關係,以及膜離子通道通道在生理、病理中的功能等方面研究。主要從以下幾個方面開展:
(1) 溫度敏感型TRP通道的結構與功能之間的關係研究;
(2) 對與重要疾病相關的離子通道的功能調節進行研究;
(3) 與從事醫學遺傳學的研究人員合作,就離子通道類遺傳性疾病的致病機理進行研究;
(4) 圍繞與鈣離子相關的信號通路,對TRP通道在機體組織中的功能進行研究。
主持課題項目:
目前承擔有國家自然科學基金面上項目和教育部博士點新教師基金,作為研究骨幹參與國家重點基礎研究發展計畫(973計畫)。
