酶催化;精細化學品合成與套用; 微流體晶片原位光引發合成寡核酸、寡肽、肽核酸,微流體晶片中的聚合酶鏈反應。

先後完成過江蘇省基金項目(BJ99036)“酶催化合成胺基酸型表面活性劑的研究”,國家生物工程中心“九五”攻關項目(96-c03-02-05)“非水相酶催化單甘酯合成專用酶的生產和套用”,輕工部“九五”科技基金項目“非水相酶催化單甘酯合成”, 教育部重點科技項目“烷基羧酸酯一步法嵌入式烷氧基化催化劑的研究”,江蘇省高校高新技術項目“酯醚雙封端聚氧乙烯一步法綠色合成工藝”等。並正在主持教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫項目“微波耦合非水相酶催化(2005)”、江蘇省自然科學基金項目“微波耦合酶促反應中的作用機制與介質工程(批准號:BK2006021)”,參加國家自然科學基金項目(排名第二)“非水相微波輻射-酶耦合催化(MIECC)的作用機制(批准號:20476038)”,江蘇省自然科學基金項目(排名第二)“外源金屬離子對大豆脂氧酶酶促反應的參與機制(批准號:BK2004019)”的研究工作。
